Maxim provides the vision, direction and face of Pensolve. Having recently finished a PhD in earthquake engineering at University of Canterbury, he is well respected in the international engineering community as a leader in structural and geotechnical engineering and the communication of his ideas to the wider community. While working with his structural engineering colleagues, he recognised the problem of understanding spreadsheet calculations and desired a better way.

Charlie leads the development of Pensolve platform. He is responsible for product development and day-to-day customer services. Before Pensolve, he worked for over three years in development roles for the mission-critical communications industry. During this time, he cultivated his full-stack knowledge, working on projects ranging from network protocol implementations on embedded devices to client-facing web services.
